I hate to admit I'm a fan of the Carvana or any development around that section of the 95 overpass, whatever the look. Despite the Live Nation complex and the Piazza on both sides of 95, as well as all the recent residential construction nearby, it is still an unsettling/ugly ass walk at times from Philadelphia Distilling back to 2nd street area, etc. Keep building here!
