MIAMI’S SECOND TALLEST OFFICE TOWER NOW HAS $300M IN CONSTRUCTION FINANCING

The 830 Brickell office tower will soon begin vertical construction and become Miami’s second tallest after developers secured $300 million in construction financing last week.
The project is being built across from Brickell City Centre. Foundation work began in early 2019.
830 Brickell will top off at top off at 732 feet above ground, or 53 stories. The only taller office building in Miami is the Southeast Financial Center at 765 feet above ground.
When completed, 830 Brickell will include 490,200 square feet of office, 583 parking spaces, ground floor retail, and a rooftop restaurant on level 53. The garage will be clad with a kinetic facade that moves in the breeze.
MSD Partners, which is backed by Michael Dell, is the lender.
OKO Group and Cain International are the developers.
Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill is the architect.
