Yes but this is why I said way back that I find the assumption of maintenance/security responsibilities by Salesforce to be reassuring (and am willing to tolerate their slapping their name on everything if that's what it takes). As with Yerba Buena Park, which could have also become a homeless hangout, hopefully private security will be able to do what the city and the SFPD would never do: Keep the place cleaned up and free of "hangers out" taking it over. Legally I doubt you can entirely prevent their use, but you can restrict it enough to perhaps make the place unattractive to them. Anyway, Yerba Buena seems to succeed somehow.
