Just came back from the (closing) Home Depot on Carrollton.

Talked to a woman who worked there, she said what they were told was that Home Depot wanted to sign a 10-year lease extension but property owner told them somebody else was offering 3x the money. Said she thinks it will be either a Target or a dialysis clinic, though she agreed the Target makes more sense. FWIW
