If only they could've facadomized one or two of the other buildings before demolishing them.....it seems like the streetwall/public realm may be detracted from or lesser on one side of this block as a result of this project IMO....even though the developer's have a fair plan to amplify the public realm.
Anyways....the project seems fair so far. Intriguing for sure, but I'm not going to praise it...the cladding just doesn't sit well with me. (The ground level may be quite something though)
