It has been over 2 years since I updated this set from downtown. There have been no dramatic changes, short of downtown emptying out of people during COVID and gradually filling in again. Lots of infrastructure work completed and ongoing, a couple of new projects completed, many more on the drawing board, though most of the ongoing development in the city is happening in other neighborhoods (Niagara, Elmwood, Mid-Main, University, and East Side).

A few images taken since my last Downtown posting, beginning oldest first, including a couple taken as late as today.

Seneca One after bankruptcy, repaint, and with new apartment additions now nearly fully occupied.
