well its hard to say: a zoning verification for the property was filed recently (usually done when a building is about to sell or some type of refi or financing is happening), we know they were clearing out upper floors for a hotel (rumored Fairmont), also the building is owned by the Kailas Family... so who knows but the demo work would seem to indicate the hotel development is moving forward
I dont think any company wants to locate in a tower managed by that family... not the best reputation and of course Hard Rock has further cemented that reputation..
