What’s old is new again at 353 Baronne in the CBD. The historic, 3-story building has been restored to its mid-1950’s state when it was home to King Dollar Store. To achieve the exterior restoration, our team removed stucco, repaired the underlying historic brick facade, and refurbished historic windows. The interior of the building was renovated for mixed-use, with gallery and office space on the ground floor, and residential units on the top two floors. #palmisanoprojects
