I agree, with the Kings moving into Golden 1 Center just last year, it's highly unlikely that they would relocate by 2028.
That said, I was
very surprised that the Kings ended up staying in Sacramento, as I was almost positive they were headed for Seattle back when the discussions of that possibility were happening
