I'm guessing DFDCH did that design as a preliminary request from Grace Communities once the Seattle architect dropped out due to illness. That's why it bears so much resemblance to the Tucker Sadler redesign since both were merely tweaking the original proposal. Grace went with Tucker Sadler but DFDCH has this design in their portfolio as an example of their work.
