Found a really cool BIM model of the entire site on TEA Engineering Services’ website. Gives you a much better look at the scope of the project, as well as an idea of the direction the north end is going. It definitely seems like this is going to be a major density zone for Halifax moving forward. The surrounding area in particular is designated as a future growth node and this part of the north end has the most favourable zoning designations in the centre plan. 90m max height and 4.0 max FAR.
