I don't know if it's solely marketed towards students, but the data points of which I'm aware are:
- Original plans only had 1 and 2 bedroom units
- Website now says there are 3 and 4 bedroom units (which I take to be student-oriented)
- Opus sold a 90% interest in the property to EdR, a company that owns and manages student housing projects
- The Website does advertise leasing for "2018-2019" which I take to mean leasing is oriented around school years
- Website also sells itself to people "working in Tempe" etc.
So who knows. Maybe not solely student housing but amenable to students living there?
