I would have a suggestion for a small building near Central Park.

Build a shortened version of the original Haiyantang, instead of the zodiac sculptures just take the latest NY skyscrapers as a model. Because there was a fountain in front of the building, there are only pictures of the ruin or the digitized because the Haiyantang and the complete palace was destroyed in 1860.
