Yes, I just used 200 ft. as a round figure but we know height limits that these groups are thinking about won't even go that high (remember the uproar against the 20+story dorm NYU is building?).
More likely to be in the 10-15 story range even on the widest avenues. On the sidestreets, forget about it, you'd be lucky if they'll allow anything more than 5 stories.
