Just a slight update to this thread.
The Mayor of CG gave a speech about 10 days ago (prior to the incentives and authorization to proceed were finalized) to the Chamber of Commerce and a few minutes was devoted to the TSC project.
I guess CG beat out St George Utah for this project, and its a little bigger than even I had said - the 250-300 employees is for the INITIAL phase per the mayor, and the 600K SF bldg. is likely to double to 1.5 million SF within 3 years and workers will increase to about 500.
He does talk about the general site selection process in the video which is somewhat interesting.
