Tobacco Road in Brickell had been the longest running continuously open in the same place bar/restaurant in South Florida. It ran from 1912 to 2014 before being bought up and demolished. Joe's Stone Crab in South Beach has been open since 1913 but it has moved locations a few times. Cap's in Fort Lauderdale claims to be Florida's oldest restaurant as it has been operating in the same location since the 1920s.
