Most work in tech or pharma and many have moved from North Jersey and New York City. The big banks in NYC have been moving tech workers to Delaware for years now, and the trend seems to have accelerated in recent years.

There are some (newly built) suburban neighborhoods in these areas where 50+% of the families are Indian.
