Thus amalgamation was implemented to allow the rural areas to subsidize hamilton. So i can see why the residents are upset. Also, many residents of flambourgh feel they have a lot more in common with burlington and the gta the hamilton. They even tried to join them, but was forced to join hamilton due that bankruptcy issue.

I'd love to see the paperwork that shows the residents of 'Wentworth' all paying 100% of the cost for all the sprawl, roads, highway interchanges etc.... in Waterdown.
