This is interesting. They didn't do this while it was closed and fenced off. I also found an old document that said this was Philpot Church parking, which led me to believe Philpot Church owned the lot.

This is interesting though. Typically soil testing means digging. Curious what that would be for? A condo development? Does anyone know who owns the property for sure? Also any other reasons to do soil testing?
