^The boutique hotel in the Professional Bldg is being developed by Grace Communities. I met the project manager at the 44 Monroe sales office today. A systematic renovation would certainly put it in a league above the San Carlos, creating even more pressure on the Melikians.
But how does the Professional Bldg solve its parking issues? I forgot to ask....
