Yes, by my count they're at 20 floors, which I believe is what it's supposed to be. I'm pretty happy with it--there are a lot of cool angles around DT Tempe where the height shows up--looking north from Mill and looking south from 6th St. especially.
I'm interested to see what's done with the front "third" fronting University now. They have columns on only about half of it. Unclear to me if they're going to build out the whole garage only? Or go ahead and build the third tower?
