I've been wondering what was going to go in there. Right now it's just a fenced off empty lot. The city recently re-paved all of the sidewalks and replaced street lights with those "historic" looking ones. We just bought a mid-century ranch 3 blocks away on 105th so I'm hoping more development fills in along the corridor streets in the next few years.
