You can't fault JDS for taking its time. They are going to want to do this right. Their first Brooklyn project was a disaster. Remember the Baltic? A below average building in a below average location with oddly over the top finishes. It was the real estate equivalent of a Cadillac Cimarron. They won't make that same mistake twice. Good things are worth waiting for...it will happen, it's just going to take a while.
