I'd say this has a good chance of becoming that. This is a very big project, and its been on the game when it comes to the pre-construction progress and its a realistic proposal unlike something like Empire World Towers. While I don't expect this to become a supertall given the FAA, I'd say a 800 or even 900 footer is realistic. We may get lucky and get a supertall, but I'm leaning on 900 feet as a solid chance of happening. They are going to have to harp the FAA for the 1,120 height, but it may happen if they get there way.
This will serve as the centerpiece of All Aboard Florida, and will catapult Miami into stardom (Even more than it already is!).
