As very minor aside, there's a permit which says the home at 1150 Echo Park Ave (built in 1905 per Zillow) was moved in 1928 from 1141 (across the street) to make way for an apartment building:

Sure enough, the apartment building at
1141 Echo Park Ave was built in 1928.
