The block to the west has been remodeled already that’s where wenlick market and the Abby are, the south is at&t which isn’t going anywhere to the east is the bankruptcy court, also not going anywhere and to the north is sun devil auto which I think could be turned into a good spot like they did with sip in Arcadia
