Sorry about that. But I think you meant that anything
12 floors and over, as opposed to "
[a]nything over 12 floors goes into the Highrise Development Thread if there is no thread for that project yet." I'm going to blame
that ambiguity for my confusion.
Not to mention that it's hard to remember and keep track of all the "shorter" highrise threads.
