I have never met an environmentalist that was
only concerned about carbon dioxide (and the other greenhouse gases). I disagree the other issues are being obscured. Environmentalists are addressing the most severe issues, especially since the issues are
growing in their magnitude of potential harm as we aren't transitioning to green energy sources quickly enough.
