The Wanderer's Grounds stadium structure, the last I heard, was temporary and would be taken down every year. I imagine Sport NS wants a year round facility, (bubble at new stadium) and using office space and rooms at new stadium although I don't recall that being mentioned anywhere. But it would make sense.
