Both projects are being designed by Rhode Partners, but have different applicants. The similar/conflicting addressing and names of all the WC projects makes it difficult to keep track of them all. |
What you originally posted was a building permit not a site plan. I'm pretty positive it's the same building. The site plan comes first and then the building permit.
Plus I have an inside source on the project that confirmed it's the same.
