Thanks for posting the graph. Indeed there are others almost as exorbitant as TO's, but most are instead well under $10, which is within what I would consider reasonable. Many are $4 and less, which seems optimal.
I'm surprised the Logan and JFK connections are so expensive, as both, especially the former, are relatively close to their downtowns, and NYC's subway actually goes to JFK.
