I always say that, towers built in such locations may as well be on the moon. It could be two miles tall, and I really wouldn't care. I know a lot of skyscrapers are built outside of cities, but for me skyscrapers represent cities. They are best when joined together to form a skyline, which is usually how we envision cities.

But, if they insist on buildiing such towers, designs could make them more interesting. This one just doesn't cut it for such a tall building.
