OK I'll say it: We don't need 2000 ft towers! It's a narrow focused sense of pride and misguided values that would use the symbolism of an overwhelming edifice to more shock than awe their own people and foreigners. It's a false representation - especially in developing countries were less than 10 kilometers away the roads aren't even paved. It's nonsensical make-up designed to convince people of a power or vibrancy. In many ways, the Nazi's chose the powerful and mysterious qualities of the swastika as a symbol for the same reasons some would want to erect a 2000 ft tower. Does this make sense or am I craving turkey a bit too much? Will this get me kicked off SSP?
