The delivery of the Tower First (80 000 sqm) in February 2011 could possibly allow the renewal of the new offer in The Defense district.
Besides
a building permit was obtained for Ava Tower (60 000 sqm)
and the
Tower Generali (85 000 sqm)
for
deliveries planned in the year 2013.
