Giant is not a letdown at all!! I can assure you, people in that area will absolutely LOVE the concept of a close grocery store with reasonable pricing (sorry, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods). This is how you get people to live in a neighborhood. Options. Amenities. The right price. I'm weirdly 100% loving the idea of a Giant there. So many people drive all the way to South Philly for ACME or the other stuff down on the blvd. Now there will be a Giant nearby. Awesome!
