The OP fails to mention (or show, really) that almost all the newer towers are built up to the property line and have businesses/townhomes lining the bottom. In 10-15 years it will be drastically improved. The crappy stuff is all from the 90s or earlier. The public transit in the area is also far better than many "cities", especially along Hurontario Street.
