Always appreciate your enthusiasm Summers. But this is far from a beauty. I mean, it's inoffensive and it's tall, it's 1000x better than what was there before, and for sure I'm enthused about this going up (especially as one of the tallest buildings in West Philly). But let's not pretend this is winning design awards. For Univ City / student housing though, it's fine. I don't mean to imply it's ugly or awful because it's not. But overall, the design is pretty generic. Still, a far cry from "a beauty." But to each their own.
