This will be sweet if it comes to fruition and done right. I venture to say we need a few good waterfront communities with businesses and a destination for locals or visitors from elsewhere to visit. The Philly Metro Area doesn't really have a standout waterfront that's vibrant all year around with a great mix of businesses to serve as a destination point for people to come, visit, and spend money.
