I really wish they had incorporated slender occupied spaces into the podium as sort of a nod to the Alamo Hotel instead of a 12 story blank façade. In the width of a single bay of parking, there could be a single loaded bay of efficiency units on each side of the podium. That alone would improve the project 100% in my opinion.
