Q: What games will be available at launch?
A: PlayOLG plans to launch with a variety of lottery and casino games (including slots, video poker and table games).

Q: Will online poker be available at launch?
A: Multi-player online poker will not be available initially. However, a variety of single-player video poker games will be included at launch. PlayOLG plans to continually expand its roster of great games after launch through a phased roll-out, including the introduction of a multi-player poker product.

Q: What lottery games will you offer?
A: Lottery games planned for launch will include LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49 and ENCORE.

Q: Will all the games offered at land-based casinos in Ontario be available online?
A: PlayOLG will offer a selection of the more popular land-based games online. Visit this site often for sneak peeks of what's to come.

Q: Will I be able to play from my mobile phone?
A: At launch, mobile games will not be offered on PlayOLG. As we evolve, we will introduce lottery, casino and other games for enjoyment on mobile phones.

Q: Will you have a loyalty program?
A: PlayOLG will offer an iGaming loyalty program to its players.

Q: Will you have a VIP program?
A: PlayOLG will offer valued customers an attractive VIP program, providing great rewards and benefits for play.

Q: What limits will be imposed on my gameplay?
A: OLG's Responsible Gambling program will empower you to make decisions that are right for you with respect to your gameplay. At launch, you will be required to set up a weekly deposit limit. We will also provide you with the option to set loss limits, lottery purchase limits and time limits.
