wasn't beale street also the most visited tourist site in the state, as a state attraction? it is good to see so much positive news about the city, and for it to be acknowledged for so many known institutions, attractions, and "firsts". is it permissible to lengthen or broaden the beale street area to include more entertainment venues, restaurants, and the like?
