Fucking attitude by some rich people that everything like this has to be geared to wealthy people... studies show mixed income developments and neighborhoods are better for those making less than only having affordable housing set up in less affluent neighborhoods. Why should you care some regular people will get to live in a better neighborhood, maybe actually get to know better off people and vice versa? They might even form...horrors... a community!
