Seconded. I've always been a fan of highly transparent glass in residential towers and the randomness introduced by blind treatments. Very much welcomed. My understanding though is that we've seen so much less of this in recent years because of something relatively new or amended in the building code, or a related ordinance related to energy efficiency when it comes to glazing. Someone or multiple folks explained it here before I believe, but can't recall the details.
