If you want to see a deep pit go look at what’s happening in Burlington. The 3 big condo buildings going up in the downtown area all have 5-6 level garages. I think one of them may even be 7 levels.
Imagine how annoying it would be to have a parking spot on. P6! Talk about a dizzying car ride looping out of the garage.. when I lived in Toronto we were on P3 and that was more than enough!

I was reading the plans for Concord Canada House in Toronto the other day, there are three parking spots on the 9th floor of the podium! If you're assigned one of those you might just be the unluckiest person around.
