THIS thread to construction. Foundation work has started and crane should go up soon (plus this tower is fully leased and the notoriously strict SF Planning Dept just approved it for 6 more floors, so to me that's a bigger locally subjective indication of things than even a foundation pour).

THIS thread as well as the excavation is done and the tower crane is up. Pictures of the tower crane to come this weekend, but I've already seen it and know it to be up.
