^ well, Clayton's residential population is only ~16K, so it kinda makes sense that DT Clayton's streets are empty after 5. the more "boxes" with people living inside, the better. and again, there are plenty of simple yet stately buildings elsewhere in the city. the choice of materials will make all the difference.
