I love this project. As two of the five apartments around 330' currently underway on First Hill, these will have outsized impact...this is a gateway to the neighborhood from the CBD due to the relatively flat walk from the uphill side of the CBD. And that spot seems to be developing a critical mass for decent neighborhood retail.
