What I really like about this project is that it's superior infill for an area that used to be subpar considering the location of Center City. Can't wait for this proposal to be fully realized and also wondering what the streetscape will look like and the project is much better than what's going on in Schuylkill Yards overall simply because it sticks to it's original plans. I'm hoping that the streetscape is nothing more than endless retail of restaurants and boutiques.
