If you include Naples to Bradenton, then you can certainly continue up into Tampa and St. Petersburg, then over to Lakeland and up through Orlando, Deltona, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, and finally Jacksonville.
The whole peninsula is essentially one giant conurbation.
