Nope. New York, Chicago and Philly are really the only American cities with structures comparable to each other. Boston used to, but not anymore. Miami has some elevated rail running trainsets similar to Chicago's but it's all modern concrete without the same character. Cleveland and Baltimore have rolling stock similar to Chicago but any elevated stations don't look anything like New York or Chicago. And that pretty much applies to all the other elevated portions of rail in the U.S. especially since their trainsets don't look anything like Chicago's.
